My family has been visiting Deer Valley for over 10 years, and this was our first stay at Mont Cervin. The experience was beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived with our van full of kids, luggage, groceries, etc., the staff was on hand to assist us with ANYTHING we needed during our stay. Our condo was the perfect size for our family of 9. The location was the best we have stayed in at Deer Valley. The condo was clean and cozy, with a great fireplace and full kitchen and the kids loved the hot tub. Ron, Norm, Nick, and Jake were always there to assist with anything we needed, be it starting the fire, a ride into town, storing our gear, suggestions on dining, and our snowmobiling excursion. They even brought us a little something to help with altitude sickness on our first evening, and felt like family by the time we had to head home. I would highly recommend staying in the Silver Lake area at Mont Cervin. We can not wait to go back.

Ron, My family and I wanted to write to thank you and your staff for the impeccable service we received while staying at Mont Cervin. Our room was extremely comfortable and clean. Every need, from firewood to detergent to kitchen supplies was met and resupplied quickly and graciously. The complementary hand warmers were a very nice and unexpected touch as well. Every amenity in our unit functioned perfectly. We had planned to ski at a different mountain in the spring but due to our fantastic experience visiting you, we have changed our plans and will return again this year. Adjusting to "real life" has been difficult since enjoying the luxury of Deer Valley, particularly Mont Cervin! Our vacation was perfect and we feel that you played a large part in that. Planning the trip was a breeze with all of your help, the condo was everything that was represented on your website and more and your recommendations were perfect. We will certainly return because of the beautiful and relaxing accommodations and the impeccable service that you provided. There is something luxurious about leaving a condo to tackle the cold slopes and having complimentary hand-warmers and granola bars- Just goes to show that it is the little things that can take a trip from good to GREAT! Dear Ron : I cannot tell you how much my family enjoyed our recent stay at Mt. Cervin. We have been coming here for over 12 years and we have always enjoyed this condominium complex, but prior to your involvement with the management of this fine facility, things were not the same. Since you have come onboard we have absolutely nothing but the highest compliments and gratitude for all that you and Ryan have done for us during our recent stays. Our days began with the New York Times delivered to our doorstep, which I cannot duplicate at home, to the daily ski report, hand warmers, energy bars and ends with transportation to wherever we need to go. Did you know that Ryan even took the girls to the outlet mall so they would not have to catch the local bus? I can assure you that quality of service is not available even at Steins, I know because I have stayed there in the past. Thank you and Ryan again for making our stay such a wonderful experience. Dear Ron and staff at Mont Cervin, I wanted to thank you all for our fantastic stay at the ski-in-ski-out condo. It was amazing. The service was outstanding. We have stayed at nearby facilities, but they pale compared to the complete and" 6 star" experience we received here. From the first minute, unloading the luggage, offering to go get some things at the supermarket for us, leading us to the supermarket, the free shuttle to and from town...that really was free, the concierge always being available, helpful and friendly. We were so decadent with our in-house massages arranged by the concierge as well. We appreciated the late check out and basically everything we asked for and then some. The condo itself was so well equipped with high end and high quality utilities, furniture, and home furnishings. Of course, the location was perfect. We will be back for sure. Thanks for the wonderful vacation!
